Take 84 East to Exit 70 – Stafford Springs.  Turn left off the exit onto Route 32 North.  Turn right onto Route 190 (just past a fountain on the left and Warren Memorial Town Hall on the right.)  Turn left onto Route 19 (East Street.)  At Mill Pond Store, continue following Route 19, which veers to the right.  Pinney Administration Building is about 1/2 mile on the right.
 
 

Take Route 91 South to Enfield.  Take Exit 47 East onto Route 190 East.  Continue on Route 190 to Stafford Springs.  At the fork of Route 190 and Route 319 East (about 1/2 mile beyond the West Stafford Firehouse) take the left fork onto Route 319 East.  Continue to the traffic light at the intersection of Routes 32 and 319.  Go straight, continuing on Route 319.  Follow Route 319 to Mill Pond Store.  Turn left onto Route 19.  Pinney Administration Building is about 1/2 mile on the right.
