PIE Minutes from April 1, 2008

Those in attendance: Megan Butler, Jolene Piscetello, Emily Andresen, Shirley Allard, Denise Jennings, Zofia Fitzgerald, Dorine Andresen

The meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM.

I. Treasurer's Report

A) $762.47 in the account

B) all bills paid

II. Kennedy's Kudos

A) (see attached)

III. T-shirts

A) Should come in on or before April 10th

B) $10 each

IV. Ice Cream Honor Roll

A) Was a sucess

B) Next will be April 21^st during 6^th period

C) Possibly ask for a donation from Hood ice cream

D) Need bowls and spoons for the next

V. Faculty Breakfast

A) May 23rd

B) Baskets and workers needed

i) Sign ups at the next meeting

ii) Mrs. Cromwell, Mrs. Allard, Mrs. Dillon, Mrs. Andresen and Mrs. Bradway volunteered to bring a basket

VI. May 9^th Speaker

A) "Survive the Drive"

B) 6^th and 7^th period

C) he is looking for $400

VII. Scholarships

A) Last years were small

i) Five $50 awards were given out

B) Must be decided upon before June 20

VIII. NEAS&C Visitation

A) Coming on May 4^th

B) Approximately 1-6pm

C) Set up a booth by 4:30pm

IX. Health Day (May 16^th)

A) Planning out activities

B) Need activities and speakers

C) Need help serving food

i) Sandwiches from Big Y

(1) Donations of silver coins are helpful

D) Possibly ask HOOD for ice cream donations

X. Craft/Tag Sale

A) Tentative: Early fall, in September

XI. Car Wash

A) Tentative: June 1st
